Casa Pasqualina is the main residence, a grand two-story building where Italian architectural elegance meets Caribbean luxury. On the upper level, the Casa Pasqualina Penthouse Suite offers a private boutique retreat with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spa bathroom with soaking tub, and sweeping panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Downstairs, the Casa Pasqualina Grande Suite provides three king bedrooms, a warm shared living and dining area, and its own kitchenette — a sanctuary unto itself for families or groups.

Across the grounds, Casa Isola Suites is a completely separate building housing four private king-bed suites, each named for a legendary Italian island: Sardegna, Stromboli, Sicilia, and Capri. Each suite is fully self-contained with its own kitchenette, private bathroom, and distinct character — offering your guests the rare combination of personal privacy and shared estate living.

Together, the two buildings provide eight king bedrooms, accommodating up to sixteen guests in a setting that feels less like a rental and more like a private Italian coastal villa — transplanted to the turquoise shores of the Mexican Caribbean.
